I want to meet Ruby – and Tamara! I have to make it to a BlogPaws!I want to meet Dr. Laci’s police dog patients too. I bet the police dogs in Omaha already have awesome veterinary care, huh Jodi? Stupid Omaha with all its stupid high quality veterinary teams! *kicking ground* Oops, I mean…heh heh…I’m tired. Still, we should meet them at least.

Ah! I want to be around Dr. Laci’s police dog patients. I think it would be amazing to treat dogs that are that intelligent and well behaved. Maybe I should find a dog-handler cop to bring cop dogs into my life… :)

I think everyone who works with animals has a special place in their hearts for service animals, because they do so much for us, so faithfully. I had the privilege of meeting a service puppy in training named Ruby at Blogpaws West, and it made me realize even more how special these animals are :)

Thanks Dr. Laci! I have always wanted to see police dogs as patients-equally cool!I hope Bradyn gets his dog too! And I am SO cheering for you and Dr. Jed! Also a great cause – in fact it was the “rant” I was on right before Blogathon started! I will help you however I can!

This is so cool Dr. Finch! I have NEVER treated a guide dog. The closest I’ve come is a hospital in DE I ran was next to a police station and we saw all their dogs, which was very cool–they were SO well behaved! But I can’t imagine how touching and special those interactions you’ve had and witnessed must be. Though we decided to raise for the puppy mills (we live right by Lancaster PA, home of Amish puppy mill atrocities), I really hope Bradyn gets his service dog! What a wonderful charity!
