You guys are super encouraging. Thank you! And now that 2/3 of you commenters have joined me on my Walking Around Omaha...Joel, get Lucy's leash! This has been such a fun project and everyone has been so kind to get behind me (and walk along side me!) with it. Russ and I just printed more maps, and I do think we can walk the whole city in 2009...even with the newest tag-along (our new pup, Joy!)

Dr. Finch,
I love the resolution. A geater plan might just be in work here. If you're ever walking in the oak view area let me know as Lucy and I would be more than happy to join in. She gets plenty of excercise as our daily early morning run keeps us both in good shape (it's amazing how that little scotty can keep up with me) but some more wouldn't hurt. I love the idea of praying for the neighbors as you walk. I remember Luis talking about that at the festival but it isn't until now that it's coming together for me. I'm so excited for you.

Dr. Finch,

As usual, a great newsletter! It is a noble resoulution, and since I don't have a dog to walk, maybe I will have to literally join you and borrow one of yours! Somehow I don't think Etta, Ziggy or Phoenix would appreciate a walk as much as Eb and Noodle!

P.S. It is 1:30 in the morning, and I am not asleep!!!

Wow Shawn! Amazing newsletter! Here's to keeping each other accountable in newsletter form. I just decided today after walking with Tia and Ingrid and seeing that goofy Rottie smile that Tia has, that Taco and I will start walking, as often as humanly and dog-anly possible. So Noodle can't claim EVERYTHING because Taco will be claiming stuff too.
